Haul Bag
I have a 5ft 3 North Shore 'board' bag - is it for surf, sea or snow?
I recently acquired what I thought was a surf board bag - the brand is North Shore Maui Hawaii. Naturally I presumed it was for a surf board, as not being a surfer myself, I at least knew the Hawaii connection. It is a travel bag with 2 compartments and wheels - the kind of bag I thought surfers took on long haul trips to the next big wave.
However after a bit of research I am stumped - it is approx 160 cms long (5ft 3 ish ) by 60cm (2ft). This seems too short for either a long board or a short board, and the wrong shape for body boards.
So what is this bag likely to be for? Snow board? Paddle Board ? Wake Board? Scrabble Boards?
Can't find the brand "North Shore " website or any products via Google so was hoping someone far more knowledgeable could enlighten my 'board-em".

Its probably a fish or a shortboard (both shorter surfboards) , for a young experienced surfer (9-13) that size would be regular.

Hiking shoes for women?
I am searching for a pair of hiking shoes for women that look in some way feminine. Im going backpacking later this year, and I know I need practical shoes but I cannot bring myself to buy the shoes available in traveling stores. Women styles appear to be no different to the mens other than size. Surely somebody is making them in colours other than beige and blue and with practical yet decent design?

You dont say how much you want to spend or if this is a one off trip so I wil make some assumptions!!! I would strongly recommend Berghaus boots for your trip. They do a wide selection of styles and prices and can look quite feminine if your feet aren't too big!!! My partner takes size five and she can get away wearing them under jeans etc. If you can afford it get a pair of Berghaus Explorer, these have goretex lining which will keep your feet dry and have a suede upper. These are the boots my partner has had for about five years and she swears by them. You can pick them up for between £50-£60 online from various stores.

Quick drying & cheap travel/hiking pants for women?
Hi all, can anyone reccomend a nice pair of travel pants for me? I'm 22, 5'1, and wear size 3/4 pants. I'm going on a backpacking trip to Africa soon & still haven't found a pair of pants. I need something that is no more than $40, (b/c I'll need 2 pair), & something quick drying (because I'll be doing laundry in hostel sinks).
I was thinking about just going to Old Navy and just getting their cargo pants, but I'm not sure on how cotton pants dry overnight? Do Old Navy pants make good travel pants?
Columbia and North Face both specialize in nice hiking clothes. Most are light and easy to pack, and some even have the feature of moisture wicking (where it will dry up your sweat but still keep you warm). They are a little pricier, but they're worth it.

Apart from blaming men for women's lack of achievement, what does Women's Studies involve?
According to anti-fems, Women's studies is something simliar to feminism, where we practice witchcraft, leave our husbands, and become lesbians, even if we are christian, not married, and straight.
When I took women's studies, men weren't the focus, women were. At that time, not many women were talked about in history books other than Joan of Arc, Harriet Tubman and Queen Elizabeth, so it was educational to find out that women did actually do more than marry and reproduce, some married and unmarried women were very talented and innovative. I also studied how women were portrayed in the media, by men and women, as well as how women were viewed by the medical and mental health professions, and what women's status were economically and politically, as well as socially.
It's very simplistic to say that men are the blame for women's lack of achievement, but if that's what you like to believe, of course you will.

how man really accept and congratulate woman's achievements and success.I do believe there are many men out there, probably a majority of the men in the world, that are insecure and intimidated by women who are successful or more successful then they are.
For example, if there's one successful businesswoman, men would think:
- she must be a millionaire's daughter.
- she's probably 36-24-36
Can men just admit that women are capable to succeed on her own effort and hardwork?
Well we do but successfull women arent exactly plentyfull and 9 out of 10 female millionairs got rich by marriage (and subsequent divorce), heritage or the like.
