How much weight would i lose drinking water/green tea and walking and doing jumprope?
I need to lose alot of weight by the end of august me and my mom have a bet that if i could lose ten or more pounds by august 30 i get money. i was wondering if drinking green tea , water, jumping rope and waling for an hour help me acheive this goal.
you would lose alot of weight if u did those things plus ate healthy!!!

Anchor rope
One of the best things that one can do, in order to be safe with regard to anchor rope when tossing the anchor in the water is to braid the anchor rope to the anchor chain. This is must when one is boating. Anchor rope made from nylon should be used because this rope has the maximum elasticity that can take in the shocks that it bears due to the force of the water current. For a long life of the anchor, try your best to keep it in shade when the anchor rope is not in use.
To braid the anchor rope, untie it almost 12 inches from the end at the lower part. The anchor rope is always melted so that it does not untie. You will have to cut or pull apart the strands. In case there is no way out other than cutting, put an electric tape to prevent it from opening.
Form the end of the link of the chain; pass two of the three rope sections. And the third one has to be passed from the opposite side. Now two strands must strike out from one side and the third from the other side. One end has to be brought down far from the chain and the Swedish fid has to be stuck into a section of the rope. Now, it must be pulled from the opposite direction to twist but very firmly.
Then twist the anchor rope in a way that one side faces up and the fid can be slide into the other one. Pull down and hold the next section. Repeat the same for the remaining strand. Now tuck back all the section on the anchor rope. Keep twisting the sections and each strand. You must have a set of 6 tucks in each strand. Now untie each strand in a way that there are two sections for each strand. At the end twist the anchor rope at the top where the anchor meets the rope.

Tree Trimming Techniques
A very popular recreational activity that is usually common in young kids but not limited to them only. Tree climbing is about going up and down a tree normally with a rope or a harness method. Not only is it done for fun but arborists have to know how to do so as part of their job. Arborists are the people who take care and manage trees all over the world. How you climb a tree is dependent upon many factors such as how many branches does a tree have or what is the height of the tree you intend to climb. Moreover, weather conditions also have an impact. The two most famous techniques used for climbing a tree include free climbing and single rope climbing. Free climbing is basically climbing a tree without a rope, ladder or any other supporting equipment. All a person has is his or her limbs. It is quite dangerous and can lead to accidents and injuries if you are not a professional in free climbing. Even if you are somehow skilled in free climbing, it is advised not to go for it if the tree is extremely tall or the bark is difficult to keep a grip on. Moving on to the single rope technique, this one involves using a throw line or weight to launch a rope over a strong limb. Ascenders are mechanisms that kind of lock the rope when pressure is applied downwards and they provide a lot of assistance a lot in single rope climbing. When the climber starts going up the bark, the ascenders allow the slack to feed through. But as soon as the weight of the climber starts putting against the rope, the ascenders lock automatically. In a single rope climbing technique, you can use two tactics. You could use a sit stand system or a rope walking system. In a sit stand system a climber positions his body in a sitting posture and straddles the rope along with the ascender attached to the foot. He has to utilize his hands to climb the tree while the legs would follow. On the other hand, the rope walking technique is when the ascender mechanism is attached to both the feet but on one foot it is attached a bit higher than the other one. In this technique all four limbs are used to pull up the body but the legs are to be alternated with each step. Other techniques include the double rope climbing technique and the lead climbing technique. Lead climbing is usually considered the most difficult technique among all the other methods. Tree climbing is a lot of fun especially when camping with friends or family. Sometimes knowing how to climb trees can also be beneficial to escape from dangerous situations. This activity is gaining importance with time and in the contemporary era it is also considered an exercise.

Choosing the Right Mountain Climbing Gear
Since rock climbing is more than a simple walk in the woods you will want to bring the proper mountain climbing equipment. With the right equipment you can weather the challenges.
To help you select the proper gear we have compiled a list of must have gear;
Climbing Rope
Your rope is indispensable. You simply cannot be without a rope. It is your security device against falls. Select a rope with a diameter of ten to twelve millimeters and a length of fifty to sixty meters long.
Climbing Harness
When rock climbing the harness you wear will keep you tied to the rope. The harness attaches to the rope and provides safety from falls. With the rope the harness is arguably the most important safety item you want. There is little worse than a harness that does not fit your body correctly. Your harness must be comfortable at both your thigh and waist areas.
Chalk and Chalk Bag
Chalk is used to keep your hands dry and able to grip the rocks or rope firmly. Chalk comes in a ball or powder and is rubbed on your hands to absorb excess moisture.
Your chalk bag needs to be able to be attached to your harness for easy access when you need it. Both chalk and a good chalk bag are available at most sports or specialty stores.
Climbing Shoes
Everyday sports shoes or boots will do you no good when you are rock climbing. Specialty boots are crafted to give the best performance while negotiating the slopes. You want a snug but comfortable fit that allows your foot to move.
Protective Helmet
Mountain climbing has several inherent dangers. One very common danger is falling debris. You never know when someone above you will loosen rock or drop equipment. Carabiners

The Sport of Mountain/Rock Climbing

Which toys are best?
I am adopting a bearded collie/ daschund puppy. 7 weeks old. Walmart has tons of toys for 88 cents. I already have some toys, but want some more. He will sleep in a crate, if that matters. Needs some nice indoor toys and some durable outdoor toys. Teething rings or ropes?
They have a frisbee thing, it's got a ball in the middle that has ropes connecting to a cloth covered ring with squeakers in the cloth ring. It's like a frisbee, Seem enjoyable?
I got the frisbee thing, 2 ropes, 1 puppy teething key set. 2 mini tennis ball, 1 tennis ball, 5 plush toys, 4 squeeky toys and 1 icy bone *stick in freezer on hot days*
for outside balls most dogs love to chase balls

Nature has given us so much that we survive and thrive on its gifts still to this day and will continue to do so even after some years down the line. But it has also given us seasons and weather. The most dreaded weather in a cold country is the period when lives are affected by continuous days of snowfall; in hot country – the extreme and unbearable heat of the sun and in rainy countries – continuous precipitation.
