help me with this; it hurts :/?
well i was at the river today and they have several rocks you can climb with ropes to swing off of. well i think i did that wayy tooooooooooooo many times! and on my inner upper thighs a have really bad chafing/ rope burn. it hurts really bad. i put triple antibiotic ointment with a band aid....anything else i can do?
the best thing to do is let it run its course. keep poder on and it wont hurt when they rub together

Here we go again or should we Im scared of this trip!?
going hikeing camping rock climbing fishing you name it bunch of us r going to the mountains. we've had a blast except last year was a nightmare. Sam got his truck stuck on a muddy hill tried to get it out ourselves but it fliped end over end down a hill. Sam cried. We cramed ourselves into my car on the way back to camp the steering went out we hit oncoming traffic head on luckly no one died. After the cops droped us off we hiked back to camp. no one could get to us untile the next day to take us home so we had to wait on a ride. It was dark the guys put wood on the fire when Matt triped over a rock fell hands and face first into that fire had been burning for 2 days his hands went straight down into hot coals. We totaled all our rides nearly killed ourselves our freind stood screaming hot coals imbedded into his mealted hands. Luckly we had first aid and pain pills and cold water we hiked out of there sore from car wrecks and burns it was hell. Lol Matt did'nt have no eyebrows!
