Set Four Pack
okay, i'm gonna follow this work out plan. But will it give me a six/four pack and big arm muscles?
first off, some info. 14 year old girl. 5'4 110 lbs, athletic
Monday: 3x10 (3 sets of 10 reps) curls, 3x10 upright rows, 3x10 pulls, 3x5 bench press, push ups
tuesday: fifty calf raises, 2x10 squat jumps, 3x10 squats
wednesday: 50 regular crunches, 50 crunches to each knee, 50 sit ups, 50 leg raisers
thursday: 3x10 curls, 3x10 upright rows, 3x10 pulls, bench press/pushups, fifty calf raises, 2x10 squat jumps, 3x10 squats
friday: 50 regular crunches, 50 crunches to each knee, 50 sit ups, fifty leg raisers
okay, should I do more ab stuff in order to get a six pack, or will this do it in a few months? also, anthing I should add to get more in shape without like, killing myself?
sounds good. but you could talk to a persona; trainer and they could give you some more options, but over time, what you have should be good

Gears of War 2: Locust Hive 4-Pack review
omg six pack help?
Okay so I've been lifting for about six months now, and every day I've been doing 2 sets of crunches (50 per set), then 2 sets of leg lifts (30 per set) and my top two abs are perfectly formed, but my bottom four are barely formed with a really light outline. Any tips on how to 'perfect' my six pack?
Forming a six-pack isn't easy, and there's more things you can do besides crunches. There's also situps, as well as many other exercises. I found a lot of them in this site, which is easy to use:

This is a great site that will show you many exercises, depending on the body part you wanna improve. the exercises are arranged by body part, that or you can do specific searches.

Lock Key
What do you prefer to use to type capital letters: caps lock or the shift key??
I always use the caps lock key to type a capital letter, it just seems easy to me: press caps lock, type the letter, press caps lock again. But my friend said that she always uses the shift key and using the caps lock key is weird. I know this seems like a stupid question, I just wanted to know if I'm the only one who does this.
Oh ya ! this is as weird as watching a man on a skirt. I am just kiddin. I use SHIFT. NISSAN = SHIFT_the future > otherwise it would be capslock the future.

Rush - Lock And Key (HQ)
Caps lock key on laptop tabbing me out of my windows. How do I stop this?
Dont know how it happend, but all of a sudden, whenever I started using my caps lock key it would tab me out whatever program I was currently using, which can be quite annoying. How do I stop this?
Im currently using a Dell Studio 15.
click the caps lock key a 2nd time and shut it off problem solved.

Screwing up a lock by putting in wrong key?
Well im wondering if you put the wrong keys into a lock constantly and trying to open it, will it mess up the lock? I want to open up my dads car truck to get some sodas but im not sure which key is the correct one. Im sacred that if i try them all they will somehow mess up the lock or something so that eventually not even the right key will open the trunk....=l i want some soda....One time i stuck like a paperclip into a keyhole and messed up the lock and i couldnt open the lock again even with the correct key...ever since ive been very paranoid about this. So my question: Can constantly trying to open a lock with incorrect keys mess up the lock inside?
It's not likely, but it can happen, usually like the next comment.
What could be worse happens often, you use one that trys to work, and it gets stuck in the ignition, some times they break off.
When that happens, you call the locksmith to pull the steering column.
Dad may be peeved.

Can I purchase replacement screws that are 1 way for my faultless doubledead bolt lock?
Many double deadbolt locks use one way screws. Arrow brand screws are covered by a shutter and are only accessible by turning the proper key in the lock. Schlage uses a pop in cap to make the screw slots useless.
Also if the screws are one way, how do I remove the lock from the door later, some I believe use a special tool.
Where can I purchase these oneway screws and how do you remove them later for installation in rentals?
You can purchase it from shops sales bolts , screws , locks ...etct.
To remove it , use special screw driver if available , if not make straight groove for normal screw driver then get it out

Currently implimented: IPS, IDS, Firewall, IAM(includes encryption, SSO, etc.), logging, biometrics, updating and patching, SSL, pen tests (30 day), anti-malware (spyware, virus, rootkit, trojan, etc.), user monitoring, site restrictions, e-mail filtering, policy against social engineering and media import/export, backups, and physical security (ie locks, video surv, etc.)
Can you think of any extras that would make this network more secure?
switch the wedge to an iron and use IPS with ASIC
ensure proper configuration of devices and software
disable the use of java, flash, and other content based scripting
use proxy chains for annon surfing (watch for DNS leak, tho)
get two pit-bulls to guard the server room
