5 If you have to wear very high heels, pay attention to the occasion, not in crowded car or in uneven road, because this kind of shoes is designed for special occasions, such as dance or party.Besides,don't wear very high heels at ordinary times because they are not designed for walking,in particular when wearing such extremely high heels has a "sex" meaning.
6 Have a rest constantly when you are walking. Tilted tiptoe and move the calf.
7 Had better not wear leather shoes barely, which will hurt your skin of feet .
8 Pay attention to move your toes when wearing pointed high-heeled shoes, which can relieve your toes, prevent squeezing the same position.
9 Don't clip nails too often , prevent nails inflammation.
10 Shift your backward from time to time when wearing high-heeled shoes, because high stress can cause toes excessive hard, and do give the toes certain space, even if it is small. If toes always went down, the look is not beautiful too.
11 When buying new high-heeled shoes, choose fasten some, not too big.
Since we want to reduce the pain and sufferings of wearing high-heeled shoes , the key point is using shoe-pad.There are lots of shoe-pads in the market,so we give some tips of choosing the pads.First,the material must be good.There are many types of pads,such as soft rubber,silica gel and so on.But we find the TPE kind is the best and if one side of the pad has viscosity ,it is better.

Cams Set Four
I just had a 350 Chevy 4-bolt fully machined. How does this affect me ordering parts?
I just had a 350 Chevy four bolt (3970010 casting) fully machined. What I mean by that is cylinders bored, the block decked, and align bored the mains. I am using %100 percent new components. New crank, connecting rods, pistons, cam & lifters, timing set, and pushrods. I will be using stock 2.02" heads with a stock valvetrain. Now here are my questions:
Main bearings - Do I need to plastigage to determine the required bearings or can I simply go off of what the machine shop removed during the align bore?
Pushrods - Can I determine which pushrod length to order by by providing the cam and valvetrain as well as the new deck height to my parts guy or do I need to by checking pushrods first before ordering the pushrods?
Timing set - I want to use a Pete Jackson gear drive in my setup. Does the fact that I had the block decked eliminate this possibility and do I have to order a custom timing set? I know you can get these from Cloyes.
Before the machine shop does the line bore, they skim the caps, therefore after the line bore, the tunnel sizes are original. So your new main bearings need to match the new crank which should also be standard. It's a good idea to use plastigage as a bearing clearance check just to be sure.
The supplier should be able to provide the correct push rods with this information - advise them whether you are using hydraulic or solid lifters.
The decking of the block doesn't affect the timing gears so you can use Pete Jackson gears, however they are usually very noisy. If you want a quiet running engine, stay with a good timing chain and sprockets.

How do antennas work?
Antennas are often used to receive and transmit radio waves, and a whole bunch of different waves.
Since the waves are often of a different range within the electromagnetic wave spectrum, does the size of the antenna affect what range of waves it will accept or transmit?
Since visible light waves are part of the electromagnetic wave spectrum, would it be possible to use an antenna to absorb or recieve them?
If you are familiar with transmission lines, you will know that a wave sent down a unterminated transmission line will reflect back down the line. At one quarter wavelength from the end, the VSWR will be at a minimum. Radiation from this line will be minimal.
However, if that same quarter wave section is split and the wires bent out at right angles so that the wires form a half wave section, the wave will not cancel and now the fields are additive.The electric and magnetic field components far enough from the immediate vicinity of the antenna cannot return to the antenna and are radiated away into space. The sinusoidally varying E-field gives rise to a sinusoidally varying H-field and vice-versa. Thus the electromagnetic wave sustains itself as it propagates away from the antenna free from electrical conductors.
The ratio of magnitudes E/H is a constant in free space and is called the Wave Impedance. The velocity of propagation is the speed of light.
In general, the greater the size of the antenna, the greater the received voltage, proportional to the effective surface area. However, there are many other constraints which have overriding consideration so that it is quite often better to use a different configuration. For instance, transmitters need matched lines to transfer the energy. This matching can be better accomplished using resonant antennas. Size for resonant antennas varies with frequency which means for very low frequencies, the sheer physical size may preclude it's use which leads to the use of short antennas. Compared to that is the fact that at VHF and above, it is practical to use what would be impossible at lower frequencies due to the size, multi-element arrays and directive arrays.
Keep in mind that light is special case. It has some of the characteristics of particles and some of waves. We have techniques that work very well with light.
