Rock Climbing Clips
I can't get my fringe to stay in the right place (pic)?
I have a side fringe but I can't get it to stay in the right place. Usually it doesn't bother me but I'm going rock climbing later today so I need it to stay put!
I tried using a hair clip but I think it makes it look a bit stupid. Is there anything I can do?

I'm already using a hair pin, but it makes my fringe look really flat compared to the rest of my hair..
Jamie - No I don't have to wear a helmet, its at an indoor centre. I've done it plenty of times before!

I tried your link, however the website is telling me that the specific picture does not exist.
HOWEVER, I also have a side fringe (bang), and at first, I had the same problem as you do. Your hair has to be trained to stay where you want it to, and this may take a few weeks, or up to a month.
The first trick that has the most effect, is, of course, using a bobby pin. Now, if it were that you didn't want the pin to be visible, I would advise you to use a bobby pin of the same color as your hair, however, you do not like the effect it has on your hair, and so that is a different story.
There are two things that I would suggest you maybe try out, and see which one works the best for you.
The first is to take your bangs, or fringe, (whichever you wish to call it), and tuck it under the first section of hair closest to the fringe with a bobby or hair pin, so that your hair covers the ends of your bangs.
The second, is to use hairspray. If you take a flat brush, or rat tail comb, and comb your fringe to where you want it to be, and then spray (very lightly) with hairspray, it should stay there for a while, but you may need to continue this every few hours, as the hairspray will ware off.
