Gripmaster Hand Finger
Is the Gripmaster or other products actually helpful for guitar playing?
I have been playing guitar for years.
over the past few months or so, since i got a job that involves a lot of tedious handwork, i often come home with sharp pain in the tendins of my hands, fingers and wrists...and if i play certain chords (mainly bar chords) for too long the pain starts to really get to me..
i usually suck up the pain for the love and playing music but really don't want to deal with long term damage.
so i was wondering if these gripmaster products actually build strength in your hands and fingers or is it a gimmick?

i've been practicing a lot, but my fingers strength and flexibility i would like to get better quicker...do you know if these actually help, which one is better if so? or are they just a rip off
Don't waste the money, the best way to get better at guitar is playing … get this … the guitar
find a speed book and go through that, i have one by Tony something or another nad its reallly good. It just takes practice, you can do finger exercises on thte guitar to make u faster and smoother.
